The Nürburgring is located around the village of Nürburg in Germany. It has a length of 5,137 km and 16 turns. It is the venue for the German World Superbike round.

Nürburgring features a Grand Prix race track and the very long North track (Nordschleife). The North track has an amazing length of 20,8 km with 154 turns and is primarily used as a test track. This is also one of the most famous features of Nürburgring along with the Veedol chicane, which offers spectacular overtaking opportunities. Another well known feature is the omega-shaped curve called Mercedes Arena, which was added in 2002 to increase the challenge level and speed.

Besides the German World Superbike, Nürburgring also hosts the German Formula 1 Grand Prix, MotoGP and German Superleague Formula round.

During the World Superbike of Germany all grandstands within the Gold and Silver category have numbered seats on Sunday-only. On Friday and Saturday you can pick your own seat at a first come-first serve base.

During the World Superbike of Germany all grandstands within the Gold and Silver category will be covered, except for T4a Mercedes (A-B).

During the World Superbike of Germany parking will be free of charge.


Nürburgring is located in the village of Nürburg, Germany. The nearest airport to the circuit is Köln-Bonn Airport in Cologne. This is airport serves primarily domestic destinations, so you will have to book a flight to Tegel International Airport in Berlin and take a domestic flight to Köln-Bonn Airport.

From Köln-Bonn Airport you can take the train to the circuit. This is the so-called S-Bahn, which is situated between Terminals 1 and 2. It is also possible to take the bus, which is also available at the airport. Inform with your travel agency whether you can use the airport shuttle service. Taxis are available at the taxi stands outside the terminals. You can also choose to rent a car at Tegel Airport or Köln-Bonn Airport. You can also do this online by clicking here.

If you travel by car from Berlin go onto E51 and proceed onto highway E30 towards Hannover. Proceed onto E34 and take the exit towards E37. Merge onto A61 and take exit 33-Wehr towards Adenau/Kempenich. Follow the signs to Nürburg and follow the signs to Nürburgring.

If you travel by car from Cologne take highway A59 towards Frankfurt a.M./Bonn. Take exit 40 and merge onto A565 towards Koblenz/Bonn. Merge onto A61 and take exit 33. Turn right at B412 and turn right at B258. Follow the signs to Nürburgring.
