The official attendance figures from 2011 – 180 000 visitors of the course of the weekend, 20 000 bikes.

Official venues will roll out the red carpet to welcome all to ABW offering special menu's, SAB and Jack Daniels promotions and giveaways, entertainment and extended trading hours. We anticipate:

    Margate Beach Wimpy
    Pannarottis
    The Margate Hotel
    Koko's
    Shelly Centre

The heart of the Harley Village is The Margate Hotel - renamed the Harley-Davidson® Hotel for the duration of Africa Bike Week™. At the Harley-Davidson® Hotel you will find the event organisers, as well as the Hospitality and VIP area

There is an officially designated shuttle bus/taxi rank in front of the H-D Hotel within the Harley Village.

Visitors and locals alike support the official Harley-Davidson® charity, the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation of South Africa, for which we are very grateful. The MDF ddo such a great service to the community.
