11th annual Andy Ross Charity Motorcycle Ride

June 18, 2011 in Trenton, Michigan

Trenton Firefighters Charities is proud to host its 11th annual Andy Ross Charity Motorcycle Ride, June 18, 2011. The charity ride begins at Elizabeth Park in Trenton, a perfect setting on the Detroit River to showcase the nearly 1000 motorcycles that show up to have a good time and support a good cause.

From Elizabeth Park, the bikes will travel 45 miles out to the Milan Dragway for a halfway stop with snacks and refreshments.

A different route is taken on the way back that takes the riders through several of the beautiful Metroparks. This was the first motorcycle ride ever allowed to go through the Parks and from the comments of the riders; they look forward to this ride each year.

Arriving back at the Elizabeth Park, the riders are treated to an excellent cookout with plenty of food, drink, and live music.

Prior to the ride please join the staff and other riders at Buster's Place for a continental breakfast located at W. Jefferson and Vreeland Rd. Riders can also pre-register there. Afterwards, the riders return to Buster's for an afterparty to reconnect and enjoy more great company and live music.
