September 22, 2013 The Baltimore / Washington DC Ride for Kids will be held at the Howard County Fairgrounds on Sept 22, 2013.
Riders on all makes and models are welcome. Family friendly event. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 9:15 a.m. The police-escorted ride starts at 9:30 a.m. sharp, rain or shine!
The minimum donation to ride is $50 on-site/$40 on-line per bike, but the more money you raise, the more premiums you earn. For each $300 you raise, your name will be entered into a drawing for a new Honda motorcycle which will be held that day! You must be present to win. All proceeds from the event go to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
There is a light breakfast at the start point. The ride returns to the start point for a light lunch. Participants will enjoy the Celebration of Life program that features interviews with young brain tumor survivors — the Ride for Kids® "Stars". Award presentations to top fundraisers will follow.
