BULL RUN III

July 27, 2013

This will be the second year for this biking event, which raises money to benefit Virginia's Wounded Warriors Program and particularly those warriors suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury.

The ride begins at Whitt's Harley Davidson, 9321 Center St Manassas, VA 20110 and ends at the Avis O Comer VFW Post 8613 in Shenandoah, VA, passing through Civil War battlefields on the way.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. and KSU at 11 for the ride.

There will be food available at the VFW and the band, OTR, will be performing there.

You can preregister for the ride at http://www.bullruniii.org/pre-registration.html -- the preregistration is $20 per bike, which includes one free Bull Run III patch. If you chose to register the day of the ride, the registration is still $20 per bike, but the patch is not included with the registration. (Patches will be available for sale for $10.)

The ride is being sponsored by Chapter 27-2 of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association.

Last year the ride resulted in a $10,000 donation to Virginia’s Wounded Warriors Program, and this year they are seeking to double the donation.

More information is available at http://www.bullruniii.org.

Thanks for your support
